Kuntry Roots Herbal Kreations

At Kuntry Roots Herbal Kreations, all products are handcrafted, prepared in small batches, and handled in accordance with strict quality and sanitation standards. Due to the nature of our products and the private membership structure of our Association, all sales are considered final.

By purchasing from Kuntry Roots Herbal Kreations, you acknowledge and agree to the following Refund & Return Policy in full.

All Sales Final

All purchases made through Kuntry Roots Herbal Kreations are final.

We do not offer:

  • refunds;
  • returns;
  • exchanges;
  • cancellations;
  • chargeback accommodations;
  • product substitutions once an order has been placed.

This policy applies to all products, including but not limited to:

  • herbal products;
  • teas;
  • oils;
  • salves;
  • soaps;
  • wellness products;
  • custom blends;
  • limited releases;
  • digital content;
  • memberships;
  • educational materials.

Nature of Products

Due to the personal-use, consumable, sanitary, and handcrafted nature of our products, Kuntry Roots Herbal Kreations cannot accept returned merchandise under any circumstance.

Once products leave our possession, we cannot verify:

  • handling conditions;
  • storage conditions;
  • contamination exposure;
  • tampering;
  • environmental exposure;
  • product integrity.

For the protection of all members and customers, returned consumable or topical products cannot be restocked or redistributed.

Member Acknowledgment & Assumption of Responsibility

By purchasing from Kuntry Roots Herbal Kreations, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • you have reviewed all product descriptions, ingredients, sizing, and usage information prior to purchase;
  • you are voluntarily selecting and purchasing products at your own discretion;
  • you assume full responsibility for reviewing ingredients and determining suitability for personal use;
  • results and experiences may vary between individuals;
  • no guarantees, warranties, or outcome representations have been made regarding product use.

Members are solely responsible for reviewing any sensitivities, allergies, or contraindications prior to use.

Shipping Errors or Damaged Deliveries

In the rare event that an order arrives materially damaged due to shipping carrier mishandling, members must notify Kuntry Roots Herbal Kreations within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery.

Requests must include:

  • full name;
  • order number;
  • photographs of the package;
  • photographs of the damaged item(s);
  • photographs of shipping labels and packaging.

Failure to provide sufficient documentation within the required timeframe constitutes acceptance of the delivery as received.

Kuntry Roots Herbal Kreations reserves sole discretion in determining whether replacement assistance will be provided.

Under no circumstance shall shipping-related claims create an entitlement to monetary refunds.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you expressly agree not to initiate improper chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent disputes.

Initiating a chargeback after receiving products, accessing member materials, or accepting delivery constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

Kuntry Roots Herbal Kreations reserves the right to:

  • dispute all chargebacks;
  • submit evidence to financial institutions and payment processors;
  • recover associated fees, costs, losses, and administrative expenses;
  • revoke future purchasing privileges and membership access.

Refused Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Members are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Kuntry Roots Herbal Kreations shall not be responsible for losses arising from:

  • incorrect addresses;
  • undeliverable shipments;
  • refused packages;
  • abandoned deliveries;
  • carrier delays;
  • stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Orders returned due to address errors or refusal may require additional shipping fees before reshipment will be considered.

Policy Acceptance

By accessing this website, purchasing products, or participating as a member of Kuntry Roots Herbal Kreations, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this Refund & Return Policy in its entirety.
